1. Service Scope & Capabilities

1.1 Manufacturing Services

ANSHIDA is a manufacturer specialized in the design and production of aluminum bicycle frames, aluminum e-bike frames, and aluminum forks, providing OEM/ODM manufacturing services for global partners, including but not limited to::

1.2 Technical Support & Response Time

2. Quality Standards & Warranties

2.1 Manufacturing Quality Control

Every unit undergoes our comprehensive multi-stage inspection process:

  1. Incoming Component Inspection: 100% verification of critical parts (frames, motors, batteries, braking systems) against approved specifications
  2. In-Process Quality Checks: Stage-gate inspections at welding, painting, assembly, and electrical integration phases
  3. Final Performance Testing: Pre-shipment frames fatigue validation per ISO 4210 standards
  4. Documentation & Traceability: Full serial number tracking with test reports and certificates of conformity for every shipment

2.2 Product Warranties

  • Frame & Fork: 2-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Defect Rate Guarantee: If an abnormal defect trend is identified during the warranty period, we will conduct batch analysis and implement corrective actions in coordination with the customer.

2.3 Compliance & Certifications

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

3.1 Design Ownership

  • Custom Developments: All bespoke designs, tooling, and technical documentation created specifically for a client remain the client's exclusive intellectual property
  • Manufacturing Know-How: Process methodologies, supplier relationships, and production techniques remain proprietary to Anshida.
  • Non-Disclosure: We guarantee 100% confidentiality of client specifications, branding elements, and market strategies under bilateral NDA agreements

3.2 IP Protection Commitment

We strictly prohibit:

  • Unauthorized reproduction of client-owned designs for third parties
  • Disclosure of technical specifications to competitors
  • Use of client branding or marketing materials without explicit written consent

4. Order Terms & Lead Times

4.1 Standard Production Timeline

  • Sample Orders: 7-10 business days (for existing designs)
  • First Production Run: 45-60 days from deposit receipt and final specification approval
  • Repeat Orders: 30-45 days for confirmed specifications with pre-allocated component inventory
  • Peak Season: Additional 10-15 days may apply during Q3-Q4 (September-December)

4.2 Minimum Order Quantities

  • Standard Models: 100 units per SKU
  • Custom Developments: 300 units (to amortize tooling costs)
  • Private Label: 500 units for full customization including paint and graphics

4.3 Payment Terms

  • New Partners: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (T/T)
  • Established Partners (6+ months): 30/70 with 30-day credit terms available upon credit review
  • Large Volume Commitments (5,000+ units/year): Customized payment schedules negotiable

5. Shipping & Logistics

5.1 Export Capabilities

We ship to 45+ countries with comprehensive logistics support:

  • Container Loading: Professional packing with protective materials; standard 40'HQ container holds 1400-1800 units depending on model
  • Documentation: Full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificates of origin
  • Incoterms: FOB, CIF, and DDP terms available (freight forwarder partnerships for door-to-door service)
  • Customs Compliance: HS code classification and regulatory guidance for target markets

6. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain the highest quality standards, the following limitations apply:

  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected products
  • Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or business interruption
  • Warranty Exclusions: Damage from misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered
  • Third-Party Components: Branded components (e.g., Shimano, Bafang) are covered by manufacturer warranties; we facilitate claims but are not the warrantor

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Escalation Process

  1. Direct Communication: Issues should first be raised with your dedicated account manager
  2. Management Review: Unresolved matters escalate to production director within 5 business days
  3. Mediation: If needed, neutral third-party mediation through international trade organizations
  4. Arbitration: Final disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Tianjin, China.

7.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our primary manufacturing facility, with disputes resolved through international commercial arbitration as specified above.

8. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service with 30 days' notice to active partners. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Material changes affecting pricing, warranties, or liability will require explicit written consent.
